JESUS
Gabriel announced Him:
…the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David and he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end (Luke 1:32,33).
Mary delivered Him:
Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son…(Isaiah 7:14).
The Shepherds beheld Him:
And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen…(Luke 2:20).
The Wise Men worshipped Him:
Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him (Matthew 2:2).
Herod hated Him:
Herod will seek the young child to destroy him (Matthew 2:13).
Simeon celebrated Him
For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, which thou hast prepared before the face of all people. (Luke 2:30,31).
Anna spoke of Him:
And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem (Luke 2:38).
The devil tempted Him:
Being forty days tempted of the devil (Luke 4:2).
John the Baptist prepared the way for Him:
Repent ye for the kingdom of heaven is at hand…Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight (Matthew 3:2, 3).
The Kingdom was proclaimed by Him:
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand (Matthew 4:17).
Andrew found Him:
We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ (John 1:41).
Peter exalted Him:
Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God (Matthew 16:16).
His disciples praised Him:
Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest (Luke 19:38).
Israel rejected Him:
But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him (Luke 23:21).
The Romans mocked Him:
And a superscription also was written over him…THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS (Luke 23:38).
Paul defined Him:
…Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision…to confirm the promises made unto the fathers…(Rom. 15:8).
John explained Him
He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:11,12).
What will you do with Him?
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved (Acts 16:31).
